"Grigore Moisil" Technological High School Braila is a vocational high school situated in the South-East of Romania. Our school is attended by young people aged between 15 and 19 years old and adults coming from different ethnic groups.

The aim of our institution is to fulfil our students' social needs besides academic necessities. The main areas in which we train the workforce through technological high school are: wood processing, furniture designer, ecology and environmental quality technician, forestry technician, commerce, electrical technician, procurement technician, computer operator technician,  electronics technician, electro technician, local networks and communications manager, and master in the electro-mechanical field.

In 2002, the school has enrolled in a project from Da Vinci programme, the beneficiaries being 18 pupils and 2 guiding teachers which travelled to Germany (for four weeks) and in France, the French partner being Association Ouvriere des Compagnos du Devoir.

Between 2007 and 2009 we've been partners in four projects under Leonardo Da Vinci programme. Because of these, three groups of young french disciples from the Preparing Center of Nancy performed a three weeks stage in Braila, our school preparing the activities from the project. As recognition of our work in the project, a group of fourteen pupils and two teachers had been invited to Paris, between 2nd and 3rd October 2008, at the first meeting of 10.000 disciples and partners of international projects from the countries within the European Union.
