ECO4VET

CENFIM presented the ECO4VET Project at the Wood Furniture and Habitat 2016 meeting on the 18th of March 2016 in Barcelona. It took place at the offices of the Architects Catalan Association.  This meeting aimed to promote understanding, cooperation and contacts to make more dynamic the wood, furniture and habitat local sector.

It brought together 80 professionals from wood sector, furniture, decoration, home automation manufacturers and suppliers. In addition, interior designers, architects, agents and professionals linked to the value chain and the wood and habitat sector in Catalonia.

In relation to the ECO4VET, its more innovative aspects related to vocational training in Ecodesign and Sustainable Production were presented to the attendees. It delivered a relevant contribution to the discussion related sustainable Production Processes and material demanded by new market trends and ecofriendly consumers’ growing awareness.
