ECO4VET

The ECO4VET EU project presented its Pilot Course to exhibitors and visitors at the Showroom del Mueble, an important Home Furniture Sector fair in Barcelona.

Project Leader CENFIM had a stand at the fair and where to present its key activities to exhibitors and visitors including the ECO4VET project results and course.

The fair attracted 135 exhibitors and more than 5.000 visitors mainly from Spain, but also from closer countries such as Portugal, France and Italy. Thus, the consortium considered it an appropriate meeting point to present the project activities and results.

Information about the project was available at CENFIM stand and staff from the project leader also visited those other exhibitors that could be interested in the project to present them the project activities and potential benefits for companies. ECO4VET project leaflets were distributed among professionals visiting the fair, who were encouraged to join the Pilot Course.

The received feedback was very positive, pointing out that the topics of the project, Ecodesign and Sustainable production for the furniture sector, were well appreciated by people contacted.
