BIFE SIM 2015, the International Trade Fair for Furniture Equipment and Accessories will be held from the 19th to 23rd of September in the fair venue Romexpo in Bucharest, Romania.

The fair mainly focuses on topics such as Furniture, Home and Office Design, Machine Tools, Woodworking, Decoration, Lighting and Forestry Industries. About 25.000 visitors are expected from Romania and other European countries. It aims to bring together the biggest furniture manufacturers, importers and distributors of both equipment and accessories. The furniture industry from Romania and other European countries will meet again and they will settle the trends for the local furniture industry. This fair also means an important platform for new products launch, the possibility to receive real-time feedback from clients, new partnerships, direct sales and more precise market information, with clear results in the brand positioning strategy.

This fair is very important for the Romanian Project Partner, the technological high school “Grigore Moisil”- because it represents an important opportunity to learn which are the new trends in the field of wood and furniture markets, to keep in touch with the local labor market and meet professionals both academics and furniture producers. GM, as partner of the ECO4VET project with the Romania Furniture Manufacturers Association’s support (APMR) will participate to different seminars and conferences and they will disseminate information about the project, as they did last year in the “Life in design” Conference. They will provide information about the Pilot Course and the project results. The main targets will be the students and teachers from the Bucharest Architecture Faculty and the furniture industry professionals.
